Rajeev Suranaa

Managing Partner and Co-founder

Rajeev heads 2S Global's EU operations based out of Zürich. He brings over 18 years of expertise in helping companies across the globe make data a strategic asset. His experience spans companies across EU, US and Asia - ranging from Fortune 100 to some of the fastest growing companies.

Rajeev has helped clients build and institutionalise data-led transformation, digital roadmaps, planning and performance management, BI & analytics capabilities in Healthcare, Life-sciences, Engineering & Construction and Banking.

Prior to 2S, he was part of Deloitte Consulting out of Philadelphia. He did his engineering at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Bombay).

Anand is a department topper from IIT Kanpur and subsequent worked at Deloitte, Philadelphia where he advised several Fortune 100 companies on ERP, Supply Chain Management and BI. He heads the global delivery and operations.

Anand is recognized as a key thought leader for BI and big data. He has been instrumental in architecting innovative and simplified solutions for healthcare and LifeSciences in Europe and North America.

Anand has also been part of some of the earliest Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) implementations in North America. He is also an avid chess player.

Milind Dhupkar

Delivery Management

Milind has over 30 years of experience in IT strategy and management. He is overseeing development of new technology competencies. Prior to 2S, Milind was IT Head for Lupin Pharma, where he successfully rolled out SAP and BI capabilities world-wide.

Milind is a graduate from IIT-Bombay and is APICS certified. He is also the founding member of Process Council in India.

Nitin is member of the advisory board. He is an entre/Intrapreneur with vast global healthcare experience in various leadership positions.

Nitin brings global leadership experiences at large heatlhcare companies in Europe. He launched multiple e-health & healthcare platform businesses in Europe and US.

He was McKinsey AP and spent 7 years out of their Zürich office advising several leading players in healthcare and lifesciences.

Sumant Kelkara

Director

Sumant has over 20 years of SAP implementation and consulting experience across multiple industries and geographies. He has served as CIO and Advisor at Essar Group where he provided expertise and leadership to multiple SAP implementation projects. Sumant also worked in consulting roles at Siemens and iFlex. He is an ex-banker and has in-depth expertise of the SAP Financials and Banking solutions.

Sumant is recipient of CIO 100 award Asia in 2007. He has done his post-graduation from IIT Bombay. He is also a certified Vedic mathematics trainer and is associated with several non-profit organizations. He spends 6 months in US and 6 months in India.

Suresh brings over 15 years of experience in providing leadership and direction in IT strategy and implementation to various Fortune 500 organizations in the United States. During his career at Deloitte Consulting and subsequently at SAP America, Suresh has played a leading role in some of the successful supply chain and logistics related business process re-engineering and ERP endeavors in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical & Hi-Tech industries in the United States.

Suresh has a masters in business administration from The New York Institute of Technology in Finance and International Business. He is based in USA and finds recreation in golf, music and travel.

Rohit Arora

Customer Centricity

Rohit brings 6 years of experience in management consulting and leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, KPMG, HSBC. He was COO at Percept Pictures and President at Sri Adhikari Brothers. Rohit has led several customer-driven and performance management & incentive alignment initiatives across large organizations. He has also authored a best seller book “Transganization”.

Rohit did his B. Tech. from IIT Bombay and MBA from ISB, Hyderabad with an International Exchange Program with Kellogg School of Management, USA.
